Here comes the new Ignatius Press website!
You may ask, “What’s new?” Much appears the same, but behind the scenes a lot is changing.
On December 21, Ignatius Press began a transition from our current warehouse, fulfillment, and ordering systems. We want to improve service and make things as easy as possible for you, our customers. Here's what you need to know:
- Former website account users will need to reset their passwords and verify account information. Usernames will stay the same so current users can reset their passwords utilizing their existing usernames.
- Our product codes have changed as we have shortened some codes and eliminated all hyphens, but you can still search the website with older codes or new codes. Customers wishing to see a listing of products with both old and new codes can use this spreadsheet.
- Due to the special transition we are currently going through, physical products in orders placed after December 20th will be delayed until the new year. Digital products are temporarily unavailable for purchase but are coming soon.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this changeover. We have plans to improve the website throughout 2018, so keep in mind that the version you see on December 22nd won’t be the final iteration.
